Alyssa Kroner - Bio Pic.png

Alyssa Kroner, LPC Alyssa is a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with young adults—including college students, recent graduates, and men and women in their 20s and 30s—navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, disordered eating, body image concerns, and the quiet exhaustion that comes from carrying the weight of daily life. She creates a space that is both nonjudgmental and honest, helping clients understand their patterns, rebuild self-trust, and create lives that feel more peaceful, connected, and authentic. Alyssa's approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. She specializes in supporting women who appear high-functioning on the outside while struggling internally—those caught in cycles of people-pleasing, self-doubt, or the persistent belief that they are too much and never quite enough. She is especially passionate about helping clients discover who they are, clarify what they want, and stop living by definitions of themselves that no longer fit. Her work is trauma-informed and tailored to each client's unique needs, drawing from a range of evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), somatic techniques, and attachment-based therapy. Alyssa believes healing happens within the context of a safe, authentic therapeutic relationship and that each client is the expert on their own life. Special Focus Areas: - ADHD - Anxiety - Body Image - Depression - Eating Disorders - Trauma First Session: $175 50 Minute Session: $150 Sliding Scale Pricing available to accommodate financial need; please reach out to discuss options.
